Drop a whole folder
Drag a folder, a zip or a pile of PDFs and photos. Uploads go straight to private storage, in parallel.
Every field, one column each
Vendor, GSTIN, taxes, bank details, IRN, line items on their own sheet. Missing values say N/A, never blank.
No duplicates, no double billing
Identical files are skipped. Re-sent invoices land on a Duplicates sheet. Revised invoices are flagged, not dropped.
Nothing goes missing
Every file ends in exactly one status and the counts must reconcile, or the batch says Needs attention.
